Harvested in citrus groves located along the Tyrrhenian coasts of Sicily, land with prevalent cultivation of organic lemons intended for the extraction of essences and pure vegetable oils from the peels of the fruits.
The lemon tree blooms for an average of 20 days. The flowers have a delicate and aromatic scent.
Lemon honey reflects the characteristics of the flowers: the color is pearly white, the very fine crystallization gives a creamy consistency. The taste is delicate, the scent is strong, sweet and floral.

Collected in organic crops in eastern Sicily and in the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria.
